Tara M. Kramlich, Associate Ms. Kramlich joined Imprint Capital in January of 2011. Previously, Ms. Kramlich worked as a Portfolio Manager for the World Bank Group Investment Management Department. At the World Bank, Ms. Kramlich was responsible for managing a $3.5 Billion short-term fixed income portfolio of non-dollar assets. Prior to working at the World Bank, Ms. Kramlich was a Senior Proprietary Portfolio Research Analyst for the Principal Investing Group at Wells Fargo Bank. In this role, Ms. Kramlich oversaw a $330 Million credit portfolio covering investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, leveraged loans, and credit default swaps. Ms. Kramlich was responsible for recommending, monitoring and managing credit quality across the portfolio. This experience was preceded by Ms. Kramlich's position as a Junior Credit Analyst with Deutsche Bank, where she supervised a $210 million leveraged loan portfolio for which she built 53 comprehensive financial models in recommending 42 transactions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Kramlich was a Senior Investment Analyst with Prudential Capital Group. While at Prudential, Ms. Kramlich conducted credit and financial analysis for direct private placement investments across sectors and across the capital structure of Large-Cap and Mid-Cap corporations. In addition, Ms. Kramlich monitored a $590 million credit portfolio. Ms. Kramlich received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. |
