Lauren Cochran, Associate
Ms. Cochran joined Imprint Capital Advisors in August 2009. Previously, Ms. Cochran was an Analyst at the Clinton Foundation's HIV/AIDS Initiative. At the Clinton Foundation, Ms. Cochran helped lead the forecasting of $35 million in pediatric HIV/AIDS treatment across 40 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In addition, Ms. Cochran analyzed healthcare infrastructure on the ground in Africa, working to fill gaps in the diagnosis, care and treatment of children living with HIV/AIDS.  Previous to that, Ms. Cochran was a founding Associate at Diamond Castle Holdings, a private equity firm led by former DLJ Merchant Banking partners.  Prior to Diamond Castle, Ms. Cochran was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors group at Deutsche Bank in New York where she worked on more than 10 transactions with total financing greater than $11 billion. Ms. Cochran has a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University and completed the General Course program at the London School of Economics. Ms. Cochran earned her M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
